Remote land on the uphill part of Excursion Inlet South. Borders MLS 22279. Almost 3 acres, partially wooded. Excursion Inlet is approximately 38 miles west of Juneau, and about 9.5 miles east of Gustavus. The rich waters offer large shrimp, all five species of salmon, halibut, black cod, and salmon sharks. Humpback whales, dahl porpoises, orcas, seals, sea lions and otter thrive in the pristine waters.
